My education (MA in counseling and Ph.D. in social services) and experience as a counselor, supervisor, director and college instructor have all been helpful with my professional credentials (LMHC, LMFT and CADC) enabling me to work at some interesting jobs over years. It was my training with Coach University that really helped breath new life into my passion for helping people become the most they can be. As a counselor, life coach and small business coach has provided satisfaction for me and enabled me help those I serve whether it is to stabilize recovery from addiction, find and follow your life’s passion, remove the roadblocks in your life or to figure out how to both operate your business and have a life.

WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?
Coaching, consulting & counseling services can be conducted by phone, via online chat or email exchange. All sessions are confidential.
Telephone sessions are on our nickel and can be arranged at a time that is convenient for you.
Online chat sessions are conducted via AOL or MSN or Yahoo Instant Messenging whichever works best for you at a time that is at your convenience.
Telephone and online chat session are scheduled for 60 minutes. You can also expect to receive email communication between sessions either assignments to be completed and/or additional reflections on previous sessions.
Email sessions essentially involve you emailing use a description of the situation and circumstances. We may email you back to ask some clarifying questions. After we have all the information necessary we will send you an email of no less that 750 words within 24 hours.
In the table below you can consider the
various plans we offer. Additionally, we note the per session fee, the number
of sessions specific plans/program are likely to last and the total fee.
