Helping the Business Owner Get More Out of Their Business and Life
BUSINESS COACHING:
SMALL BUSINESS COACHING:

As a business owner have you ever experienced:
  • Feeling consumed by your business, wondering if you own your business or if your business owns you.  How can you get more out of your business while not sacrificing your life in the process?
  • You're having problems hiring, retaining and relying on employees.  How do you get the results you want from your people?
  • You're thinking of selling your business but the only value it has is its inventory, your building and perhaps your list of customers.  How do you make your business more valuable to a buyer?
  • Your business just seems chaotic.  You aren't sure what is going on, where you are financially or where or how to market next.  How can you create order out of chaos?  After all, your employees, your customers and many others are looking to you to create reliability and predictability in your business.
  • These and many other problems are common to the entrepreneurial business owner but can be effectively addressed through working closely with a coach.

I am the owner/coach of CCMS, Inc. offering business-coaching services to the entrepreneurial business owner.  While business owners have problems in common they also have challenges unique due to their industry, market, geographic location and other variables.  My services are designed to address those common problems while also dealing with those unique issues in order to assist you in creating the business and life you truly want.

Coaching will cover three main areas of concentration to assist you in gaining greater control over your business while at the same time gaining freedom from your business.  It isn't easy, especially at first.  You will deal with areas such as:

Leadership/Management

Marketing/Money

Sales/Production

You'll learn to apply the concepts, techniques, tools, strategies and ideas to your business with the help, support and challenges from your coach.  You won't just be putting out fires as they arise.  You'll recreate a business where fires don't start in the first place.

NON-PROFIT MANAGER SURVIVAL KIT:

Having worked for 20 plus years in private non-profits as a front-line worker, clinical supervisor and program director I observed that frequently the person who became the Executive Director or CEO of non-profit organizations are frequently "The Last One Standing."  Everyone else had retired, went on to bigger and better things, where content to remain a front-line worker or supervisor or whatever and the one person who was left got the nod from the agency's board of directors to take on the responsibility of directing the agency.  This is not to say the new director was incompetent, uncaring or irresponsible.  Rather, just like the technician who opens their own business, frequently the program administrator was a caring counselor and competent clinical director but when they have the whole agency dumped in their lap it can be a bit overwhelming.  We provide coaching services for the director or aspiring director of non-profit organizations so they can be what they need to be for their agency, so their agency can fulfill its purpose and so the director can keep their sanity through it all.

Our program is intended:

Help the New Program Manager get their
       feet firmly on the ground

       Enable the Veteran Administrator to
recapture the passion they had for their
       agency and their career

Assist the Middle Manager who aspires to be
the director someday but wants to be as
prepared as possible from the first day.

Assist the non-profit's board of directors
as they seek to regain focus and operate more
effectively as it fulfills its purpose.

You can participate in this program either by phone (backed up by online chat and/or email communication) or online chat (backed up by email communication) format with prices varying accordingly.

Typically if you choose 3 sessions per month you can expect to complete the program in approximately 9 months or while 2 sessions per month will take approximately 13 months.
